Can I Do Anything to Prevent My Abdominal or Pelvic Pain?
Here are some great ways to minimize pain so you can do the things you enjoy:
- Diet.
- Avoid foods that irritate you. Coffee, acidic foods (tomatoes, sodas, vinegar, etc), and fatty (fried foods, etc) are common foods that cause substantial gastrointestinal distress.
